библиография по глагольной сериализации

Представляю здесь на всеобщее обозрение составленную мной библиографию по сериальным конструкциям и частично смежным проблемам. Она не приведена в очень аккуратный вид - в связи с тем, что явно будет еще долго дополняться, уточняться и прочее. Кажется, я вычистил все ссылки, случайно выписанные повторно и даже в третий раз, но не могу быть в этом уверен. К сожалению (уж не знаю, специфика это темы или просто методичного составления библиографического списка, которым я, признаться, занялся первый раз в жизни), здесь довольно много совершеннейших "гробиков" - неопубликованных рукописей двадцати - тридцатилетней давности.
Замечания и дополнения очень приветствуются, естественно. Соображения о способе доступа к тем или иным работам - тоже. Поясню притом, что личной мой особый интерес, как сложилось составляют две более узких темы: глагольная сериализация в языках ква и 'сериализация' в урало-алтайских (и особенно тюркских) языках. При этом литература по сериализации ква включена в данный список на общих основаниях, а тюркская проблематика пока сюда не включена - в основном, по техническим причинам: алтайскую 'сериализацию' не вполне принято называть сериализацией.
